Terms & Conditions

To ensure smooth operation and comfort for our guests, the following terms shall apply to guests staying at any of the guest house that is under our supervision.

Guests are at all times subject to the following terms:

Bookings

1. Guests need to deposit some money for confirmation. The remaining rental amount will be paid only during check-in.

2. Guests who have made the booking confirmation is not allowed to change the date or length of stay without the consent of management. If these conditions occur the management reserves the right to cancel the reservation and deposit is not refundable.

3. Cancellation of confirmed bookings are not permitted.

Sign In

1. Rental payment shall be made by cash during check-in. Personal check or credit cards are not accepted.

2. Agree to check out at the specified time not later than 12:00pm or at any other time mutually agreed with the management.

3. No smoking, alcohol and pets in the homestay.

4. Agree to comply with other terms stated herein or in the guest handbook.

Use

1. Check-in time is at 2 pm and check out time is at 12pm. If required guests may request to check in early,or check out late Guest need to inform the management at least the day before the actual date of the check-in and approval is subject to the approval of the management.

2. Guests are not allowed to bring any pets into residential units.

3. The management is entitled to compensation for any damages that occur at the rate specified.

4. Management reserves the right to disallow guests from further occupying rental units if the guests found to have violated any regulation or the management receive complaints or objections from neighbours about the misconduct of guests.

Guest responsibility

1. Guests are responsible for basic hygiene of the guest house.

2. Guests are responsible for the use of electricity and water utilities efficiently.

3. Guests are responsible for not using the unit occupied for purposes that violate the rules and regulations set by the Malaysian Government authorities.

4. Only MUHRIM  is alllowed in this homestay.

5. Guests are not allowed to make any modifications to the source of electrical power and water supply in occupied units.

6. Any modifications made to the layout of furniture made by the guest must be returned to their original position prior to check-out.

7. Guests shall at all times maintain good behaviour and not offend the neighbors around.

8. Guests are not allowed to wander without any reasonable purpose inthe neighborhood area after 12 pm to avoid compromising among the neighbors.

9. Guests should be prepared to cooperate with the authorities when requested.

Receipts and documentation

1. Lodging receipts will be issued on request only.

2. Guests may apply to the management to issue receipts according to separate rooms to a total original guest house rental.
